Those in the intervention group accessed an automated Internet-based program that taught vestibular rehabilitation exercises and suggested cognitive behavioral management strategies. In this randomized controlled trial, we aimed to determine the effectiveness of fully automated Internet-based vestibular rehabilitation in improving dizziness symptoms in primary care patients aged 50 years and older.
